Updated: 27th March 2017

The list has changed recently, as some schools are still on Easter holidays during this week.
but I am just making sure that you are all set in terms of:
– 2-3 volunteer coaches per sports skills area minimum
– You are bringing all the sports equipment you need to coach the various skills (at least 3 per sports area)
– Flyers/other goodies promoting your club to go into goodie bags (18/19 schools of 12 pupils per team) for children

We are planning to secure 10-16 sport leaders (Howard and Brompton Academy) all day, to assist your sports skills area and I will arrange for the TT barriers to be delivered to Medway Park and move the 3-4 T.T. tables (I will bring some TT bats and balls) into the hall and the 6 badminton sets of posts/nets around 8am on the day.

If there is anything else you need that I might be able to help with, please just let me know.

Many thanks for your support.
Claire
