The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held in the meeting room (old court 1) at the Medway Park on Monday 24th March at 8pm.
Anyone wishing to stand for any Committee position should put there application in writing and be seconded by a fully paid up Member of the Club with both signatures included. All applications must be made to the Club Secretary (currently Mick Jones) no later than 14 days before the AGM.
Any Member wishing any business to be discussed should put their request in writing again to the Club Secretary no later than 14 days prior to the AGM.
Everyone is invited to attend.
The agenda will be posted on the Club’s notice board at the Medway Park and also on the web site 13 days prior to the AGM in accordance with the Constitution.
